Our high-quality and engaging programs and events are designed to nurture the interaction with art and the appreciation and knowledge of art. Multicultural Traveling Art Trunks
The PMA currently maintains eight Multicultural Trunks (Japan, Native America, West Africa, Norway, Greece, Latin America, Australia, and Spain). Each Trunk is filled with a variety of artifacts, textiles, visual aids, lesson plans, art objects, souvenirs and culturally relevant objects that are designed to be hands-on learning resources for teachers and educational organizations.  
 

The Pensacola Museum of Art’s educational programming is funded by the Escambia County School District, Sandy Sansing, International Paper, and the Melba Bayers Meyer Charitable Foundation.
